Sunday - Thursday: 8:00 am–5:00 pm - Friday and Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

CABINS:
- NO CHECK IN AFTER LODGE IS CLOSED
- NO RE-ENTRY WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER 8:00 PM (Sun-Thurs) & 10:00 PM (Fri-Sat) UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
- Generator Hours are 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
CHECK IN: 3:00 PM – CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM
- Dinnerware is not provided in cabins.
- Must arrive before the lodge closes (Call ahead as lodge hours vary).
- Minimum 2-night stay on weekends & 3-night stay on holidays.
- NO SMOKING allowed in any Cabins or Suites.
- Pets only allowed in designated cabins. There is a one-time charge of $25 per pet.
- You will be charged $250.00 for bringing a pet into a non-pet friendly room and it will be checked.
- Customer agrees to leave Happy Jack Lodge facilities in the same condition as upon arrival.
- You will be charged $150.00 for leaving your cabin excessively dirty.
- There is a $275 locksmith charge for loss or failure to return keys upon check out.
- There will be a $25.00 late charge applied every day after 5 days if keys are not returned.
RV & TENT SITES:
- NO CHECK IN AFTER LODGE IS CLOSED & NO RE-ENTRY INTO PARK AFTER 10:00 PM
- CHECK IN: 1:00 PM – CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM.
- Must arrive before the lodge closes (Call ahead as lodge hours vary).
- Minimum two 2-night stay on weekends & 3-night stay on holidays.
- Detached Auxiliary or Cargo Trailers are not allowed at any sites.
- Customer agrees that Happy Jack Lodge facilities are to be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
- Customer will be charged for any damages or violations they or their guests cause.
- CARGO, UTILITY, DOLLY TRAILERS or SIMILAR ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY RV OR TENT SITE. If found at your site, it will be towed at your own expense.
- ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING (SEASONAL PAYS 50% AT BOOKING AND THE BALANCE UPON CHECK-IN)
- RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:
- ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING (Excluding Seasonal).
- NO REFUNDS FOR RESERVATIONS 30 DAYS OR LONGER
- NO REFUNDS FOR RAMADA RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
- NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVAL, EARLY DEPARTURE OR NO SHOW
- NO REFUNDS ON GROUP RESERVATIONS (3 OR MORE RESERVATIONS)
- NO REFUNDS DURING HUNTING SEASON
- NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
- TWO NIGHT MINIMUM WEEKEND STAY POLICY ON CABIN, TENT & RV SITES.
- THREE NIGHT MINIMUM HOLIDAY WEEKEND STAY POLICY ON CABIN, TENT AND RV SITES
- THIRTY (30) DAY CANCELLATION OR CHANGE NOTICE REQUIRED FOR WEEKEND STAYS
- FOURTEEN (14) DAY CANCELLATION OR CHANGE NOTICE REQUIRED FOR WEEKDAY STAYS
- NO FUTURE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON CANCELLED RESERVATIONS
- A $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES
