CABINS: ALL CABINS NON-SMOKING
• Antelope, Bear & Coyote Cabins : $140.00 = $167.00 per day up to two persons maximum
• Deer Suites: $161.00 - $189.00 per day – one bedroom up to four persons maximum
• Elk Cabins: $259.00 - $286.00 per day – up to four persons maximum
• Fox (Park Model) cabins: $180.00 - $239.00 per day – one bedroom & loft for up to four persons
• Dinnerware is provided in Deer and Elk cabins
• Pet fee for cabins is $30.00 per pet
• $275.00 CLEANING FEE IF PETS ARE IN NON-PET ROOM
• $275.00 LOCKSMITH CHARGE FOR LOSS OR FAILURE TO RETURN KEYS UPON CHECKOUT

RV SITES
- *RV FULL HOOK-UP SEASONAL: Min/Max 180 days between April – October: $5100.00 - $6300.00 (depending upon tier) for the season, 50% due upon reservation (applied to second half of reservation), balance due at check-in. Seasonal Customer Storage rate on your site $95.00 per month available (October – April). You can stay at any time and use your RV in the off-season weather permitting. Standard fees apply.

- *RV FULL HOOK-UP WEEKLY: $408.00 - $504.00 (depending upon tier)

GENERAL RULES - Max speed anywhere on the property is 5 MPH
- No subletting
- Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
- No entry into park after 10:00 pm
- All guests & vehicles & animals must be registered at the office (pass displayed)
*GUEST FEE FOR VEHICLE PER DAY - $15.00 - Vehicles (golf carts and UTV/ATV) can only be driven by a licensed driver
- Bathrooms are for paying guests only – outhouses are for the public
- Guests can have their mail delivered as long as they use their site number
- Any visitors must check in at office or with security (have a visitor pass)
- Washing of UTV/ATV’s or vehicles anywhere in the park is prohibited
- Any inappropriate behavior (disorderly conduct) is grounds to be removed from the park
